It is related to LIC Pension Updation case.
M C Singhla case is in SC.
The Bank pensioners Updation cases are in SC and Bombay High court.
No such cases pending in JAIPUR, DELHI AND CHANDIGARH High courts.
LIC pension Updation case final hearing was scheduled on 29.10.2025
On request of the Advocate General case was adjourned to 12.11.2025.
