May I request anyone of the retirees from Union Bank to confirm the genuineness of the said letter.

Dear Sir,

Apart from Union Bank other bank too have found issued similar circulars to treat  senior citizen retirees who  approach bank branches, with due care and respect.

Banks like SBI,etc  have introduced door step banking  facilities to senior citizen.

Any way guidence to the staff on these matters is good.  Will any change, may  happen on issuing a circular is to be seen.!
