It is really a eye opener for those who do not want to open their eyes but show Nelson's eye not only towards retires but also to the serving staff, who are subscribing to them till date and going to be till their retirement also.

Let us pray that this letter to PM by Mr.CNV will soften the thick skinned leaders of UFBU conglomerates and make them to realise their own blunders committed by them on their own cadres, totally ignoring the trade union principles and take camouflaged shelters to hide their inactions / accomplices with IBA.
 .
Since the top brass leaders of UFBU are well nourished by their apex unions in the banking industry, like maharajas, out the subscriptions received from its own cadres and also well taken care of by the unscrupulous IBA and like for their vendetta, they are least bothered about their own rank and file, may be retired or in service, forgetting that they themselves are also retired employees of respective banks. The extra care they enjoy as above, forced them not to feel the pinch of its carders but to close their eyes to wards the proper salary revision / pension etc. The latest record note is nothing but a nonsense signed by these retiree leaders who categorized the pensioners as not having contractual obligations with their own banks. They seems to have totally forgotten under awhat principles they continue to get their own pension from their own banks. They must have been under abnormal mood / mode while signing the record note.

IBA is now becoming successful, slowly, in making these diabolic leaders as toothless tigers / paper tigers. Taking forward the merger issues is a testimony to that. Sensible leaders should awake from their slumber before IBA makes them as a laughing stock.
