Sub: Updates on M.C. Singla case for Pension Updation pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

We reproduce hereunder the message received from our Advocate Shri Sewaram and the Hon'ble Supreme Court Notice for information of our members:

"The MC Singla case Listed in Supreme Court for tomorrow 12.8.26 as part heard regular matter will not be taken up due to non-availability of Hon'ble Justice Vikram Nath. We shall wait for the regular and supp. Regular list of 13.8.26 for likely inclusion of matter in 13.8.26 list.
