Some outfits have gone to court, in vain.It is just like AIBEA going
to court against the amalgamation of associate banks with SBI.The case
got dismissed. As a result, SBIPA is indulged in decimating the AIBEA
unit is eSBT.I do not know the position in other e Ass banks.
As in personal life, if we are to confront any odd situation , which
we know is sure to set in, just get adjusted. There is no point in
fighting with it for a mere fight.

The Govt is indulged in consolidation of banks. In the process, what
the outfits have to ponder is what best the workers could snatch in
the process.

As a retiree, I am not interested in such affairs. My rightful dues are
withheld out of the pro management anti retiree UFBU, IBA and
FMO.Merger, or no merger , the banks in India lost their steam. Now
they can just go on like govt offices. But the managements are getting
stronger and UFBU stands with the tough managements .Many bank
branches are under staffed, and the officers are forced to remain much
late ...

Let us leave such matters to their destiny and concentrate more on our
rights, which are still unheard.

Dear PMji, TKu.

All Pensioners once again request UFBU leaders stop taking up issues like Merger, demonetization, GST, which are beyond your scope and capacity and concentrate on Wage revision and Pension Updation and help your old memebers.

This is how government is moving in merging the banks  at its whims and fancy. The UFBU has gone on strike protesting against themerger of banks but the govt has not cared tbe unions. UFBU should understand  the need of unity to fight for 11th bps and pension updation etc.If they  fight among themselves the real beneficiaries will be govt and iba..Let all UFBU members ponder on the issues of 1th bps and pension updation in United manner and prepare themselves forprolonged struggle. to clinch  11th bps and pension updation..

Yes .UFBU is making futile exercise which can be avoided and they have to concentrate on issues which are of great importance to retirees and serving comrades on their pension updation and wage revision in111th bps. To stall govt move  of
mergers and other financial issues is impossible to UFBU. This is proved in associate bank merger with SBI and now amalgamation of vijaya bank  and Dena bank with Bank of  Baroda. They have not learnt any lessons from their experience. It is very pitiable state of affairs in bank employees tradeunion movement.

Mr. Satyanarayan Rao, you are stating that "It is very pitiable state of affairs in bank employees tradeunion movement.' You are perhaps aware that the benefits of Trade Union  Movement have been denied to Retirees by IBA in their 'Record Note' of 2015 by stating that . 'There is no contractual relationship between Retirees & Bank' and present leadership of your beloved AIBEA  consented to this stand of IBA by signing this Record Note.
