AIBRF says that it is not a fit case to go court for those who have already completed 15 years and their pension has been restored. Why not fight for the refund of excess amount paid by those ?
      Spineless bodies like AIBRF give shameless and ridiculous pleas to cover their helplessness!

When it is implemented it must be for all irrespective of whether commutation recovery is reinstated after 15 yrs or not/ what is your opinion and view

Pre Nov 2002 retirees are/were very much eligible for 100% DR right from Feb 2005 when it was sanctioned to others. Yet, when they got it after 18 years, not a single month's arrears was paid. 
In the light of the above, it is naive to expect that any reduction in recovery period of commuted pension will be implemented with retrospective 
effect.
