Dear Comrade,

It is suggested that the election should be held every year or at the most after two years. The term could be 1 st July to 30 th June.

The General Secretary / President should be changed

every term. Suitable Amendment in the Constitution / Bye laws be made. It should be possible for the presentation of the Accounts well before 1 st July.

The organisation may become less effective or get split.....

( e.g. Railway, ....Unions ) if the same person continues

for more than one term.

The existing President / General Secretary who have served

more than two years may please step down. Of course,

they may please guide and be an active member.

Random thought : The Lion / Rotary club has grown

a lot because of many reasons, one of which is

change of President after every term.

Also, please consider to have one Bank Union please.

Kindly include Pensioners and help meeting their demands

please. e.g. Updating, medical expenses, etc.

The working employees and officers only can elect a new leader if at all they want change that too on their conference meeting.

Retirees cannot have any say. Moreover it serves no purpose .

AiBEA, oEA, OA all are aware of the problems of retirees . Even DFS and IBA also know.

Only after court verdict comes, we may get solutions. If the verdict is in favour , nothing to worry. If it is adverse it will pave the way for a negotiated settlement as the so called “subjudice” excuse is no more.

Let us hope for the best.

Sirs,

We are unnecessarily trying to do - which is not in control. By changing of leadership - will we get pension improvement ?? Anyone can explain how / why - we are are sure of improvement if change is done.
