So, ultimately no discussion on retirees issues viz., revision of ex-gratia to pensioners. What is the inference, Either no discussion took place or the issue was deliberately avoided being mentioned in the circular.

The discussions held on 15 th as reported are not favourable to both serving and retirees.

The IBA seems to be tough and inventing new concepts in payment of incentives to serving employees.

The IBA is interested in creating further devisionsi and offering bank wise policies in payment of incentives. 

The Exgracia concept payment system not discussed and the computation of Exgracia as on October pension with notional 100% da is not cleared.

The affordable health insurance policy is not considered and kept pending. 

The reaction of UFBU is not found .

The discussions seems to have taken place with IBA supremacy over UFBU. 

There seems to be  stalemate and UFBU has take the path of agitation. 

Let  the stalwarts like Mohan. P.andC.N.Prasad coment on the style of negotiations.
