Every other fund has a benefactor except Bank pension Fund.

Government pensioners have consolidated fund of India which is perennial - Kamadhenu like. Railways have budgetary allocation. Reserve Bank pensioners have Benefactor in true sense -THE GOVERNOR. No AS-15 problem anywhere there

Alas for Bank pensioners! Took root with all flourish. Now abandoned child. "ASS-15 " malady
