It is not craving for more in Updation. It is asking for a Normal  Justifiable Living. Only after 1969 strike for 48 days,  bank employees were recognised as humans. Before that their salary was compared to the prisoners life .  Because we make a living Does Not Mean we are Sufficiently paid.

Re: Subsidy under Group Mediclaim Scheme
 
At present, in service and retired employees are eligible for 75% subsidy
in premium of basic cover, i.e. Compulsory Family Floater Sum Insured for
themselves and eligible family members for subsidy under Group Mediclaim
scheme.
 
It has now been decided to provide 100% subsidy in premium of Compulsory
Family Floater Sum Insured under Group Mediclaim Scheme to the retired
employees aged 71 years (last birth day) and above/ spouse of deceased
employee or spouse of retired employee and their eligible family members
for subsidy under the scheme from the policy year 2025-26 and onwards.
 
All other terms and conditions in this regard shall remain unaltered.

Somashekarji - rightly said. In SBI Report, it was stated that PSB
employees have never asked for the thrid benefit... AIBPARC /AIBOC didnot
contest that statement. PSB pensioners have become second class
pensioners. There should parity among all pensioners of Public sector
banks including SBI as far as terminal benefits are concerned.

This is informed us that pension account is opened jointly with spouse.
Client ID for spouse is showing INDIVIDUAL and actually should be Family of
Ex staff . So that in any unfortunate scenario there should not be any
problem.
The following msg in UCO bank is in circulation. customer id may kindly be
changed from INDIVIDUAL TO
Family of Ex-Staff in CIM 71 option.
