Some sigh of relief is visible for retirees who are in need for Domiciliary cover.  We are left with no other option as we entered into this leaving the earlier policies. Whether it is good or bad expensive or nominal we have to as pre existing disease is covered without any waiting period

This is the season of joy and celebration. Many companies celebrate festival by distributing gifts and sweets to its employees.
True to its character IBA has gifted pain to all retirees by increasing premium and  not subsidizing the same.
We wonder what further gift IBA would give to retirees during Deepavali.

This is a case of day light robbery.  The details of claims of retirees not furnished. There is no way the retirees claims can be verified. In case of serving staff,  their claims were routed through the bank. Heaven knows whether any bank cross verified the claim status provided by UIIC.
By mere hearsay we learn that claim ratio of retirees have been exceeding the serving staff. A minute of deliberation  shows the number of persons covered in retirees policy is JUST 2, wheras in serving staff it is invariably more and further they are covered of domiciliary treatment which is not available to retirees. There fore it is high time the retirees raise their voice lest we may be bleeding more in the years.

Now you can see how many queries will be raised for bills submitted under Domiciliary cover.

Uiic has not honoured it's contractual obligations. Moreover it has doubled the premium.Surprisigly UFBU and retiree organisations have neither questioned the figures given nor enhancement of premium. It is taken as a way of life.

thanks Mr.Venkat for providing beautiful insights of the Policy.

It is strange that such acts are being contemplated by such large Insurance Co on such a large corporate policy.May be it amounts to largest fraud of the yr.If allowed to perpetuate.
