When I tried through https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/search using Aadhar number, I get message that No beneficiaries foiund in given search criteria.

I am able to complete upto step three. BUT name of the district code is wanted.I am not getting that in drop down menu or it is auto populated and hence struck there

attached step by step guide to generate the card. AB Card will not be generated where the Code of Conduct (due to elections) is in place and for those states who have not accepted the Scheme.

click :create ABHA no.

Create ABHA no. using Aadhar

Fill up Aadhar no. and follow instructions.

You can download the ABHA card.

It is simple.

It was very helpful. 

However I got struck at 3, Additional information/correspondence address as there was nothing under dropdown for details for city, district and area. 

Hence unable to submit at the last step.

                The correct website for enrolling in PMJAY  is  " beneficiary.nha.gov.in". Log in as beneficiary and search if there are any details.The site will say no details and you click the option at the bottom of the page    " Click here"   and the rest will follow.I am struck with the district code

Visit 'beneficiary.nha.gov.in'. Here you will find youtube tutorials wherein each step has been shown. The procedure is lengthy and also confusing in some places, particularly selecting correct inputs from the dropdown lists for providing current address. Now, it is not possible to go through those steps again as I have already been registered for the same. I didn't find any option to download the card in the mobile app. I have, however, captured the screenshot of the card which was automatically generated after completion of the registration process.

ABHA card is different from ABPMJAY. ABHA card will not serve any purpose for ABPMJAY  > 70 years scheme. I have ABHA card  but how it will help.

Though Abha Card and PM Jay card are  different it may be seen that Numbers of both cards are same.

then I am unable to verify beneficiary mobile number. There is no drop down under district, city etc. 

I think such drop downs may be available only after verification of mobile number.

 I cannot generate since Code of Conduct is in operation in Maharashtra. Message says Sorry your card cannot be made as your State does not presently participate PMJAY/model code of conduct is in force in your State.

I tried to download the card several times on my laptop by clicking on the download button after completing the enrollment process on my mobile application. But a message reading 'something went wrong. Try again.' came up every time. I have, however, saved the screenshot of the provisional card generated at the time of enrollment.

Dear sirs,

After completing the entire form including photo capture when the submit button is pressed it says "re-initiate the ekyc process". Any idea how to overcome this problem? It says on top of the form that e-kyc is completed by Nagaratnam Chandrasekaran with a green tick. All these issues arise because the form is not tested with some 100 mock applications before being put to public use

Dear Sir, 

I don't think this is the right place to generate ayushman bharat cards for senior citizens. This website is letting everyone create and download the ABHA card, irrespective of their age. Even a person in 40's is allowed to register and download their card.

With ABHA account u can only store your medical records and u cannot take any treatment using this card and hence it is not material  at which age u take this card
