GMIS... Medical claim.

Till date, God has blessed me without any medical claim from Insurance.  Come to know that Corporate Medi Claims are paid almost 85/90 percent.  Can any friend in this Group  authenticate how much are refunded by Our IBA corporate Medi Insurance.

Present Singhla case SLP 5561/2016 is an appeal against Earlier High Court judgments CWP 6233.2008 and LPA789/2012. Copy of the judgment LPA789/2012 is attached for those interested.
