Hi

I feel politicians are no exception to law of land

With introduction of NPS, nobody can look for pension as separate benefit.

Similar NPS should be adopted for politicians also and all MPs MLAs should be covered only under NPS. whatever they get from contributory fund, they should take as pension

Dear Rajasekhar,

You are absolutely right.MPS and MLAs are also public servants like govt employees.When NPS is applicable for new employees recruited from 01/10/2004 in central or state govts,the same must be applicable to MPs also.The old pension system was discontinued due to excessive burden on Govt.The same thing applies to MPs and MLAs also.This is a fit case for filing PIL.
