Dear all,
I am prompted to write this after going through the lengthy (running
to 88 pages) write up
of the above mentioned lawyer who is not new to our friends.The
article, "Contribution to
pension fund a misnomer" is to be read by all of us and I am sure many
of our members
would definitely have gone though it. On seeing no comments/remarks, I
am writing this.

Allbankingsolutions.com have temselves given a condensed picture of
the matter. What
I want to say is that the article gives all of us, especially at this
moment due to the unpre-
dictable manner in whichthe subject matter lies, lots of hope and
confidence. The writer
himself is going to be a beneficiary out of this matter and the way in
which he has cited
relevant rulings by our Supreme Court in similar cases earlier
strengthen our hopes and
expectations.

Those who havenot read, please spare some time to through it in
entirety and share
their views, suggestions/comments and let us deliberate on this for
the future course
of action. I am sure, my dear friends will enlighten all by their views.
