AIBOC, one of the largest constituents of UFBU, has filed a case in the Delhi High Court against the discriminatory new PLI scheme for senior executives of Public Sector Banks, introduced by DFS, Ministry of Finance, Govt of India.

Is any sc judgement came in favor of central government pensioners regarding reduction of commutation period from 180(15years) to 128 months(10 years and 8 months).
Kindly confirm.

So far No sir.SC has not given any verdict on reduction of recovery period for commutation from existing 15 years
