Will the DA calculation  be based on CPI 2016 = 100, instead of 1960= 100 ?

In such case how present basic pension will be converted to new basic pension , and what will be present DA on new basic?

Anybody who know it may please clear it.

To open the Excel sheet, first download the file  to your desktop, then go to properties and tick the unblock option.

Then you will be able to input your Basic pension and get details of Ex gratia.
