M C Singla case would never be solved even after hundred years ,if you alive, you will see the M c Singla case still going on. This is the demerits of Indian judicial system.Forget M C Singla case.Concentrate your mind on pension revision by merging hundred percent DA on 8088 points with on old basic and fix up the New Basic of Pension , thereafter calculate new DA on the base period of 2016.
