Why IBA is avoiding updation of ps bank pensioners due toinor excuses of fund constraints as it is the banks responsibilty and not pensioners responsibility and wheather the salary of working staff can not be held for a few days if banks have faced fund constraints and the same yard stick is applicable to pensioners who are waiting for three decades as many have left the world in despair and it means the govt wants other to die also but these scoundrals will not change due to whose instructions.  Better to hold their monthly salaries till our pension is revised .

I am not  sorry for my observation about clause 2 missing  in IBA  Mou which later on confirmed by small committee Iin March 1994 and confirmed the updation clause under  ID dispute act. 

But I am surprised to know that the clause 2 on page 20 is not missing and why IBA is allowed to have two documents one with missing of this important clauses and IB A is allowed the same with no clause 2 , to submit anywhere to creat confusion and convince public or  the particular authority that there is no clause for updation of pension  but it keep the other documents  having this clause 2 secret as this is against law  and I think  it is our right to know through an explanation from IBA and from other partner U FBU other signatory of bank pension Agreement why that document without clause 2 is surrendered to ministry of finance as it is not a valid document and it's circulation should be stopped immediately . We must complaint to RBI and Ministry of Finance  against IBA that it is creating confusion and mistrust in public mind . And some suitable action should be taken  against both IBA and UFBU.

All this action of this Nexus must be stoppedimmediately  and THIS WILL BE AN END OF IBA's ACT AND BAD INTENTION OF CREATION OF CONFUSION ABOUT BANK PENSION UPDATION IN ALL MINDS OF PENSIONERS   WHO  WILL   BE "REST ASSURED" OF UPDATION OF OENSION‼️

Why IBA is avoiding updation of ps bank pensioners due toinor excuses of fund constraints as it is the banks responsibilty and not pensioners responsibility and wheather the salary of working staff can not be held for a few days if banks have faced fund constraints and the same yard stick is applicable to pensioners who are waiting for three decades as many have left the world in despair and it means the govt wants other to die also but these scoundrals will not change due to whose instructions.  Better to hold their monthly salaries till our pension is revised .

I am not  sorry for my observation about clause 2 missing  in IBA  Mou which later on confirmed by small committee Iin March 1994 and confirmed the updation clause under  ID dispute act. 

But I am surprised to know that the clause 2 on page 20 is not missing and why IBA is allowed to have two documents one with missing of this important clauses and IB A is allowed the same with no clause 2 , to submit anywhere to creat confusion and convince public or  the particular authority that there is no clause for updation of pension  but it keep the other documents  having this clause 2 secret as this is against law  and I think  it is our right to know through an explanation from IBA and from other partner U FBU other signatory of bank pension Agreement why that document without clause 2 is surrendered to ministry of finance as it is not a valid document and it's circulation should be stopped immediately . We must complaint to RBI and Ministry of Finance  against IBA that it is creating confusion and mistrust in public mind . And some suitable action should be taken  against both IBA and UFBU.

All this action of this Nexus must be stoppedimmediately  and THIS WILL BE AN END OF IBA's ACT AND BAD INTENTION OF CREATION OF CONFUSION ABOUT BANK PENSION UPDATION IN ALL MINDS OF PENSIONERS WHO WILL  BE "RE-ASURED" OF UPDATION OF OENSION‼️

Minutes of the Meeting OF Small Committee on Pension held on 26.03.1994 as per earlier meeting on 29.10.1993 negotiations, held on Pension matters with IBA. 

The Terms of Reference for the Committee was to formulate Regulations to be adopted by individual Boards of banks for setting up Pension Fund. This was to be done on similar lines as RBI Pension Regulation as applicable to RBI Employees and Central Civil Services Pension Rules applicable to Central Government Employees by making suitable modifications in relation to applicabilty to the Banking Industry. The Committee consisting of IBA representatives and workmen unions/ Officers Associations deliberated on the Draft Regulations prepared by the IBA Secretariat on 8,9thDec 1993, 18,19th January 1994 and 25th February 1994.The relative Circular was issued by IBA on 31.03.1994 on the above as Memorandum of Clarifications on some provisions in the Pension Regulations Annexture 1 and Trust Deed for forming Pension Fund, Annxture 2, including Annexturs3 & 4 circulated to all Chief Executives of banks, last para in IBAs circular specifially stating if there is any doubt regarding interpretations of a clause in the Regulations, the matter may be referred to IBA, signed by B. D.Sumitra, Personnel officer. NOT SO FAR ARISED THEN. REGULATION 22 ITEM NO 2, PAGE 20 IN CLEAR TERMS STATE :

 "FORMULA FOR UPDATING OF PENSION SHOULD BE ON THE LINES OF THE SAME GIVEN IN THE RESERVE BANK PENSION SCHEME."

THE DRAFT CIRCULATED WAS MUTUALLY ACCEPTED BY THE PARTIES AFTER FURTHER DISCUSSIONS.IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT IBA & UFBU MUST HONOUR THE AGREEMENT ON UPDATION OF PENSION UNDOUBTEDLY.

 THEY CAN NOT ESCAPE.

 LET US PRODUCE THIS IN THE COURT.

THE DISTORTED AND COLLOSAL FAILURE OF IBA AND UFBU, DISHONOURING THE IR AGREEMENT SHOULD NOT MAKE US TO SUFFER. LET US EXPOSE, FIGHT AND SECURE OUR LEGITIMATE RIGHTS!

THEIR DECEPTION WILL NOT STAND.WE HAVE EVERY LEGAL RIGHT TO DEMAND UPDATION OF PENSION WITH RETROSPECTIVE EFFECT.

 AS PER AGREEMENT, OUR UPDATION SHOULD BE ON THE LINES OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA PENSION RULES ONLY.

SINCE UPDATION IS EXTENDED TO THEM, THE UPDATION MUST BE EXTENDED TO PSBs ALSO.
