AICPIN(IW) 2016=100 FOR DECEMBER’25- 62 slabs increase.

Labour Bureau, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. Of India has released the AICPIN(IW) 2016=100 for the month of December’25  today, which remained  at   148.2  points without any change , while compared to Nov’’25 figure, as furnished here under:

Months.     Base 1960=100.  2016=100

Oct’25.          9709.59.            147.7

Nov’25           9742.46             148.2

Dec’25.          9742.46             148.2

As such the average index numbers for the quarter may come to 9731 points.

So there will be 62 slabs increase in DR payable to pensioners retired up to 31.10.2022 for the half year w.e.f 1^st Feb’2026 to 31^st July 2026.

For those who have retired on or after 1^st Nov 2022 there will be 25 points increase in DR payable at 25.00%
