Problem in downloading PMJAY Card

My PMJAY Card has been 'Approved'. (for citizens of 70+). I am unable to download the Card with a message 'Unexpected error. Please try again after sometime'. I am trying for the last 3 days and the same message appears.
Can any of our friends guide me in this regard.

I also tried downloading the card for the last 20 days. 'Something went wrong. Try after some time.' I wonder whether the auto-generated enrollment acknowledgement and approval with the beneficiary's name, age and family ID number will help get the required services.

I contacted customer care software problem. I understand they are going to rectify. We will have to try after one week

I have been trying to enroll my name in the PM JAY portal. I have completed furnishing the relevant details and a message was displayed to wait for some more time to generate the card . however no card has been generated and it says no record is found against my aadhar card. When I tried to register again, it says aadhar details already exist.
I understand that a complaint has to be raised with the concerned authority and to seek their assistance/guidance to download the e card. If you get any wayout for downloading the PM JAY card, please share it with me.

You will receive a message in your reg mobile stating card created with Id. After that you go to the wep and put your id and download the card
