Action Programme

After pre 2002 Retirees Say Good Bye , the programme will continue for Retirees upto 2012/14 when NPS is introduced in Banks. So few more decades are there for Activity. Let us train Youngsters how to continue the Programmes.

MOHAN P <moha...@gmail.com>: Jul 29 10:30AM +0530 On the basis of input received, the following issues were suggested for highlighting in the second phase of action programs (i) Demand of Updation of Pension to be highlighted with specific formula (ii) Ex-gratia Payment to Pensions from Private Sector Banks (iii) Free medical insurance/ facility to retirees (iv) In view of the fact that SBI pension along with contributory PF benefit has become at par with pension in other banks, pensioners of public sector banks should be suitably compensated. (v)UBRFO should launch action programs to pursue demand of OPS (Defined pension scheme) to the employees who joined banks after 2010 in place of present NPS and work for it at the organizational level on continuous basis which may include submission of memorandum, meeting Central Ministers and Members of Parliament, raising the issue in Parliament etc. Detailed study will be carried out in this regard.
