Resignees status?

Dear sir,
Greetings!
Any relief to resignees  had 15 years of service to get pension if they opted it during service.

Dear Sir,

Greetings! I have put in more than 15 years of pensionable and confirmed service at SBI. Joined in 1984 and resigned in 1999.
 While working in State Bank of India, I enrolled in Distance- Master of Computer Applications degree in IGNOU (New Delhi) and graduated in 1996. I used my computer skills by creating softwares for Banking applications voluntarily without any compensation.
used my computer skills to solve tedious tasks such as Account balancing, wage Revisions and DA arrears calculations for cumulative 3 years.
•       balanced the Govt Accounts for two years which was not balanced for the past 10 years.  
also created software for Annual interest calculations which were used by other branches in Tamil Nadu.
As no custom software was available in the Bank, I created my own programs to solve and balance Term deposits and other calculations used in my branch.
I also developed software for calculating arrears for the staff involving multiple years of compensation.
I also helped other branches by distributing my programs and knowledge to use the applications at their end which reduced the months-long work to a few days. My efforts were recognized and appreciated by other Branch Managers as well as Regional officers in Chennai.
I wish I were eligible for pension option to resignees. My sincere thanks and respects to Mr. Pathak Ji and his team for their dedicated efforts for the pension for resignees .I sent registered mails to the SBI Chairman and honorable FM over a month ago stating my case and waiting for their response.

Can you make and the DA payable  from Feb 2023 till today after merger of 8088 points(feb23,Aug2023 and Feb 2024 for the 10 th BPS  retiree's.

Sir,
As I have mentioned here earlier, Merger of CPI 8088 points as in the case of serving employees /Those who retired w.e.f 1.11.2022, may not be implemented to past retirees right now.

Same point has been kept under 'Residual Issues' for the time being as per Minutes of discussion held on 8.3.24.

Only on future date same may happen.

For your information: If merger is taking place right now same is applicable to all pensioners in uniform with change in CPI series 2016=100,and may not have segregation as 5th to 11th BPS as existing.

So all pensioners and employees may have uniform DR there after on implementation of the same,
Example:Present average CPI.9122(138.76)
Merged  CPI (12th BPS).8O88(123.93)
New DR -2016=100 -138.76-123.03=15.73%

  Any procedure that results in an increase in Basic Pension could be construed as a sort of updation and may be put up as an argument in support of updation in Courts. Hence, the present type of formula for ex-gratia, that obviates such a possibility. 

Perhaps, it is precisely for this reason, the merger of DR with basic pension has also been put on hold.

If 8088 points are merger to all 5 th  to 12 th bipartite settlement retirees it amounts to pension updation and substantial increase will take place .Tjis will also satisfy the Finance minister lone of thinking that one pension one rank theory. 

Once the pension regulations are amended there shall be pension updation in 13 th bps or before it as the existing system of Exgracia will be periodically reviewed till the end of 12th bps and the Exgracia concept has to be dismissed pension updation has to be implemented. 
Time and the sincerity of the stakeholders is more important to take pension updation to it's logical and legally acceptable conclusion. 
Let us hope for the best.
