Pension updation as per RBI pension revision formula

Dear friends, 

Various Youtubers and WA Professors have started abusing me for having posted mail with a view to make everyone understand that there is another possibility also.  I shall take them in my stride.

Most of them are unaware of fact that we have already got the order for Pension Uodation as per RBI formula from Supreme Court. One may question me stating that why I have not got the Judgment enforced. We are unable to get the order enforced on account of some technical impediment.  We are fighting for elimination of such impediments in respect of EAB pensioners & once we do, we would certainly enforce the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court.

When we file any Petition, first thing we do is to list all possible grounds the Banks/IBA/Govt. could invoke & include our counters in the Petition itself.  The Petitioners or Respondents representing Pensioners should file Affidavit disentitling the Banks & IBA from invoking the grounds which I have referred to in my earlier emails.  Those who are prudent consider my opinion and take advantage. Only imprudent comment exhibiting their ignorance.

We have also collected enough materials in respect of campaign undertaken and misinformation spread in Singla's case.  We would publish everything to demonstate who are friends of Bank Pensioners.

Please inform the petition number, date of filing and the date of the Order. 

If possible,  the text of the S C Order. 

That would be helpful and settle much of the discussion here.

Pension updation case/issue is not for proving who is friend or foe,or Who is prudent or other wise to score personal, individual glory against each other.
It should be a collective effort
to  achieve pension updation and successfully implemented.
Nobody will gain of we indulge in mudslinging activities.
Many veteran pensioners have left this world like Singlaji while fighting for updation in Supreme court.
Let the knowledgeable and intelligent and prudent activist debate the  issue till the pension updation is achieved and implemented.
No personal or individual glory or abuse among our learned participants in the burning topics of the day.
Ultimately the Supreme court is the final authority to give justice and favourable verdict for which all are waiting.

If at all we have already received order for pension updation from supreme court on the lines of RBI pension, why are we so eagerly waiting for the judgement in MC Singla Case. After all, the main request has been settled in favour of the pensioners. We request that the SC Judgement copy be shared for our information
