Good efforts. Good luck. But FM is unmoved for updation of pension for us, irrespective of so many representations from various quarters

These action programs to be successful, the retirees must have a weapon in their hands. That weapon is ensuring IBA to fall under RTI Act. The stay order obtained by IBA must be ensured to be revoked early. Once it falls under RTI, everything will fall in line. UFBU , who have created the unholy RECORD Note of 2015, will have to answer the retirees, as they are the creators and perpetrators of all the anomalies in pension settlement implementation. 
Priority should be given to immediate implementation of 100%DA to pre Nov 2002 retirees, whose anamoly is even before RBI updation. Their numbers are dwindling and are on looking for their expiry dates. These are the soldiers who carried the flags of AIBEA, AIBOC and NCBE, and made them big by their sacrifices. 
Funds constraints is not our look out. It is the botheration of IBA and banks. 
My humble request to UFBU and Retiree organizations, please step out from IBA's shoes and wear the torn out chappals of 80+ year old retirees, you will realise how it pinches. 
Until then it will continue to be a slogan for several ensuing conferences.

What do you want or expect from IBA through RTI ??  Any purpose will be served - if yes please share the benefits if any.

IBA is bound to share details of discussion, their cost workings, actuarial sheets with their assumptions etc. They cannot say we can't reply and also can't provide evasive replies.

Uniting all retirees under one banner is impossible,but an earnest effort to that direction is urgently needed.

You have hit the nail on its head.The United Forum and the retirees 'organisations 
are paying lip service to the demands of retirees.
it is not a coincidence that retiree issues are touched by the United Forum when
the Bipartite talks are concluded .Then a Record Note is signed just to express
their helplessness and inability in negotiating for our demands.
Our leaders also feel elated by  just shooting off lengthy letters and representations
which they know will meet their fate in the dustbins of IBA/DFS/United Forum 
etc.etc. The silisila continues year after year.

Dear Friends,

It is only a wishful thinking that IBA may share details of discussions, cost workings and actuarial details etc.especially with retirees.Even employees could not get such details from them!

There is a common courtesy to give a reply to reasonable query from employees/retirees whose matters are now decided by IBA.

It is sheer arrogance of IBA to conceal all such matters from employees/retirees, since they know very well  that they are not coming under purview of RTI,so as to disclose any matter.

We just hope atleast before our death pension updation may be expected suppose a retired bank employee is 75  he can expect updation before he turns 99 what about our FM assured one rank one pay be implemented for bank employees

So long as there are multiple number of unions/associations for employees, the same would be the case for retirees too, in as much as, the latter (at least, the major ones) are only offshoots of the former.
