💯 DA neutralization case_Review petition in Supreme Court.

Dear friends,

Delhi High Court has already given its Judgement clearing 100 Percent DA neutralization in case of LIC Pensioners in April 2017.The LIC Pensioners have the issue of Updation of Pension also included in the same case.The Delhi Court ordered payment of 100 Perce nt DA neutralization and updation of minimum Pension also and the payment is to be made within 9 months.LIC has not contested the payment of arrears of 100 Perce nt DA neutralization or updation of Minimum Pension.

Meanwhile the LIC Pensioners went for appeal requesting for updation of all categories of Pensioners.

While considering the appeal, Supreme Court ordered for immediate payment of 100 Percent DA neutralization arrears to the Pre 1997 Pensioners , within 8 weeks for which LIC of India agreed.

This is the Most helpful development for Pre Nov 2002 Pensioners regarding 100 Perce nt DA neutralization.

SO I FERVENTLY REQUEST DEVESH BHATTACHARYA,GEN SECY,UBIRWA,

to quote this order and plead for 100 peercent DA neutralization to pre Nov 2002 Pensioners,in the review petition filed before Supreme Court.Our case is exactly similar to LIC Pensioners case.

I request other active comrades who are dealing with Supreme Court cases to make note of this and do the needful on Top Priority.

I am very happy to see your mail. I worked in Shanthinagar, Peenya ind. Estate, F D Bangalore, F D Delhi main, F D Cochin, R O Ernakulam and other Branches. Took SVRS on

31.3.2001 after getting frustated due to heavy work pressure and also when I was transferred to C C M S Calcutta. Took 2 nd option of pension in 20i0 as I was a strong follower of

AIBOC. Now waiting for 100 % D A case results just like a Jathaka Bird.
