while in service last month, i had basic of 15380/-, DA-3737.03, CCA 375/-, Addl spl allow-340/- and FPA-385/-

Where as i am not having either 340 in special allowance, and 385 as FPA in the drop down of your first page of the chart in spl allow and FPA..

Pl clarify.

I have prepared one chart which is attached. I notice that there is difference in the slabs between your chart and my chart. I have tallied the actual pension received in my SB account with the figures in my chart. Figures in column F in sheet "arrears estimate" tally with the actual paid in my SB account.  Can you please help me in locating errors in my chart? Out of academic interest I am asking you. Calculations as per sheet seems not to be correct.my basic salary was 13320 with 25 years service and my basic pension was 5015 as on jan2001 but as per sheet the basic pension shown is 4200 app.

1. age on next birthday. 52 years,

2. PQA Rs.135/-

3.FPA Rs.385/-.

Hi In the sheet attached you have calculated for Commutation while in the judgement there is no mention of it.Pl guide.Bu commutation is even otherwise is recverable/adjusted from pension. How it shall be done.
