AIBEA leadership themself require a clinical treatment for thier attitude which drifted from bank employees centric to IBA centric attitude.

Let they do introspection of their attitudes and activities in all these years which caused detrimental effects to all the subscribing members (includes then subscribed members also).

If they could not do anything good to the workmen community, it is better they themselves deseat from their existing positions, paving way for infusing young active blood in the trade union system.
