The Table seems to miss the "Special Allowance"!
Though, Bank Unions secured 15% it is shown only as 2%.

Dear friends,
See this is the difference in negotiating power of Bank union and LIC union. Nothing has been done by the union people of the banks for poor retirees, who have done a lot in the progress of the banks. This BPS settlements was no means for the old  Bank retirees, not a single penny is increased in their pay. The inflation is on its height as ever. The 7th pay commission will further increase the inflation to new heights. Where we people go to feed our family. I think Govt Retirees have bigger stomach and ill health then the Bankers. They require more food and medicines for them. That is why they always get pension updation  in every wage revision.

Dear Friends                25/01/2016

UFBU NEED TO FOLLOW ONE MAJOR STRATAGY NEXT TIME.     LET BPS OF BANKERS BE NEGOTIATED AND SIGNED ONLY AFTER SIGNING LIC EMPLOYEES AND RBI EMPLOYEES WAGE SETTLEMENT ( from next time on wards ).  AFTER THAT JUST FIGHT FOR PARITY WITH THEM AND SIGN THE SETTLEMENT. UN TILL THAT LET THEM INSIST FOR OLD PENDING ISSUES INCLUDING OF RETIREES.

SHEEP CAN NOT LEAD GOATS. and ONLY CAN FOLLOW GOATS-  IT IS NATURAL PROVERB.

With regards

In the previous settlement also LIC staff got a higher Merger of 160Points!
But the loading of 15% weightage after Merger of DA @ 4708 has resulted in higher basic Pension and higher Commutation!
However, a Leader in LIC has confirmed that the increase across the board is 15% only

It appears that IBA has declined to give fair increase in wages due to NPA problem. That is why LIC employees got better package. This is a case of "Rob Paul to pay Peter"Bank defaulters are celebrating their birthdays lavishly. But govt could do nothing against them.So employees are targeted and denied legitimate benefits. When accountability is fixed on employees for every small mistake why this additional penalty of denial of fair increase in wages. The Big fish always escape while the small fish becomes victims in the process.
