LIC pensioners Updation case second day proceedings in SC is attached.

The case is posted for final hearing on 29th October 2025.

During the proceedings on 9th October one of the judges reported to be orally

remarked that he will not go into details of cost calculation, funds etc as it is not his job.

He will pass the verdict based on arguments made.

Whether this is good or bad for pensioners I could not make out.
