Kaul sir, the teams of lawyers are doing their legal duty and filed the synopsis on instructions and after approval of the concerned litigants as directed by the Court. All the maha experts cum free lancers giving their sermons on whatsapp have not brought out any new legal point to our notice. Our advise to them is that they should contact the litigants / petitioners i.e. PNB retired employes and officers Association through Mr. Jamdagni or Punjab & Sind Bank Retired officers Association or OBC Retired Officers Association or Mr.SBC Karunakaran General Secretary of ARISE who are doing everything possible for sake of pension updation . We are doing everything in the case only on their instructions. All mahapandits should approach them instead of disturbing us . We are in the case as long as the litigants want and will not do anything without instructions of ARISE and other petitioners. However any new good legal suggestion will be certainly used in our arguments before Supreme Court. Regards

Mr.Sevaram must understand that there are 100 excuses for adjournment of a court case and after every adjournment case is listed after 4-5 weeks. M C singla case is also not an exception and since 2023, case is not heard even on a single day. 750000 Mahapandits are waiting for the final verdict.  As an advocate for Sevaram every adjournment is a  routine affair, But during adjournment  hundreds of Mahapandits are leaving this world without any benefit. 

Mahapandits are asking when RBI and Nabard pensioners are getting pension revision multiple times, are Maha[pandits have to spend their remaining life time waiting for the final verdict which is uncertain?

This one case is blocking negotiation of Updation of 750000 Mahapandits.

What I am suggesting is negotiation should take place alongside the side court case.

Should Mahapandiys wait for listing of MC Singla case next 5-10 years or concerned players start negotiating for updation subject to withdrawal of m C Singla case?

If any pensioners demand a solution he is called Mahapandit.

I feel no pensioner is interested in updation, why bcz, if everyone one of us spend one day and be in supreme Court on one day during popsphonement, then the judges know it  matters for country, if they are not interested then they wait for a few years.

Very true, when you think striking for 5 days week, which we don't dispute, is your priority. Where is the will for fighting for the cause of poor pandits who worked the growth of banks without technical support day in and day out? Please understand, you will also become pandit oneday and the situation remains the same. Please also understand there's is thing called empathy, you will know the pain when you enter the shoes of the people suffering. There are many things to write. Please speak after some results are achieved.  We the people suffering and who departed have heard lots of excuses and explanations, give us chance to cherish your true intentions to fight for our cause.

Lastly, we fail to understand how RBI, NABARD unions can get the things done for the benefits of their pensioners, where we have repeatedly failed.

I am not an expert in the issue and expressed my opinion as an ordinary member.

It seems the strike is only for 5 days banking and not for updation of pension as the card displayed showed our demand 5 days banking   I am sure govt will sanction updation of pension which we will receive with arrears and interest for the delayed payment in the heaven
