This logic cannot be accepted that once the Banks had to shoulder higher expenses towards employees medical payments the Banks have to be replenished that expenses by way of not contributing to the retirees medical insurance premiums.

May be we have to study the cost benefit of earlier practice of medical aid debited to banks expenses and present practice of paying Insurance premiume.

Kindly, clarify as per your knowledge.
1. POST NATIONALISATION OF BANKS: The IBA/UFM bureaucracy/PSB
managements competed with each other to play 'havoc' with PSB
EMPLOYEES' PENSION FUND from 1993 onwards.
2. PSB managements managed to ensure macro + micro-level honesty.
3. But, the bureaucracy joined with the PSB Boards, CMDs, CEOs, EDs,
ETC. in committing huge advances running to trillions of rupees,
resulting in NPAs ab initio. The then ruling politicians, the
fugitives looted & ensured flight of Indian wealth outside Inda
geographical borders.
PLEASE, ENLIGHTEN ME, IF THE KARMA YOGI PM/UFM/PMO ENSURED TO REVAMP
PSB BOARDS OR NOT?
4. When late PV Narsimha Rao, the former PM recognized the real worth
of teachers' community and ensured to increase their salaries steeply;
Shri Narendra Damodardas Modi, the Karma Yogi PM with a revolutionary
mindset recognized the real worth of Judiciary, enhanced their
salaries with a single stroke of his pen.
5. Any scope to recognize the 'real worth' of honesty to the core of
PSB employees' + retirees' on par with Teachers & the Judiciary?
