Niranjan Sir.
You are expressing that any increase in pension will affect Balance sheet
of Bank profitability. I feel, asking for wage revision cause mych bigger
hole in Banks profit and balance sheet. Wage revision in Central and Staye
Govt. Cause heavy liability to Central Govt when it need more for
Protecting the borders from all sides, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh and
above all inside political turmoil by opposition. Let us Not quote Finance
as the Reason.

When we talk of pension fund and demand updation just because there is huge
amount lying there is not correct as pensioners contribution to the fund is
ZERO. The contributors to the pension fund should get full benefits both
interest and principal. It is not prudent to link pension updation to
pension fund.

It is only to satisfy the retirees.
No constructive action/decision will be taken on residual issues.
