LATE M C SINGLA CASE IN SC

As usual another tentative date!

Probably case may prolong further.May be after 12th July'26 on completion of  partial court working days .

Actually earlier it was reported that a three judge bench will sit in court room 2 on 06.05 26 and M C Singla case was not listed in the Daily list of 6th may. 

However Three judge bench is to sit upto 2.55PM only. 

A special session of 2 judges is being held from 3PM to hear part heard cases and M C Singla case is listed No.2. 

There is a twist in the case.  Misc case Sl.No.33 which took the whole day on 29.04.26 because of which M C Singla case could not be taken up on that day

is No.1 in the list on 06.05.26 just before M C Singla case.
