On 12.08.26 from 11AM to 1 PM, three judges will hear cases. Cases No. 101 and 102 will be heard by these 3 judges. From 2 PM regular/part heard cases will be taken up by two judges and 103 and 104(M C Singla case) case will be heard by these two judges. 

Our case hearing depends upon how much time is spent hearing the preceding case numbers. 101 to 103.

PNB advocates still haven't filed the documents as directed by court. They may file the documents by Monday or Tuesday or seek further time.

There is a 50:50 chance our case will be heard on 12th August.

The information is incomplete . The news is not the latest one. The author should have included the other connected news to this, like the third Judge will be in the panel upto 1 pm only and after the Lunch Break the bench will comprise of the usual Court No 2 Judges Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta . Also ,  Sl Nos 101 and 102 are coming under 3 Judge Panel, and when the third Judge Justice Manmohan leaves for some other court after Lunch break, for the 2 Judge bench , only Sl No 103 and 104 will be before them.
