'In today's meeting by CLC, IBA informed that earlier offer stands & ready to discuss further & agitation to be deferred. We informed, we r ready to talk. CLC advised further talks to be held by IBA b/f the next date of Conciliation i.e. 07022023 IBA is positive agreed for the talks. In the foregoing, our strike stands postponed. March on, March on.

Out 5 demands of UFBU

5 days  Banking has already been agreed by IBA and the convenor of UFBU had confirmed this two months back and he himself said that it is under process. On 27th meeting IBA also confirmed this and said the process will be completed within a month.

IBA also said it has received approval from DFS for next wage negotiations and process has started.

These two issues were resolved on 27th itself.

Another two issues recruitment and NPS issue is a long drawn process and will be pushed further.

But  IBA made no commitment regarding updation except agreeing to discuss the issue on 31.01.23. Will IBA come up with some scheme/proposal on that day or end up with usual dialogue
