Dear Comrades
The demands of several Bank Retirees' organisations for annual review of Ex Gratia and the mother demand of AIBRF for pension updation will be lame without implementation of ex-gratia in private sector banks in total.The UFBU should work on this.
Mere agreements and settlements are of no use if not implemented by member banks of IBA.

UFBU failing in seeing the agreed settlements implemented.
Much injustice has been done in respect of pension updation, improvement in exgratia and DA as per 12th BPS.
Retirees should pursue more UFBU than IBA.
