Dear Shri Mohan,
It is very  shocking that the TPA has been changed abruptly and arbitrarily by the Insurer.
As per the Health Insurance Regulations (HIR),2016,change of TPA will be
intimated to the consumer in writing 30 days before hand as per section 34(a) of these rules.
Pensioners have been robbed of their two months pension in the form of hefty premium
and are now subjected such hardships is settlement of their claims,as reflected in the recent
circular of AIBRF. The matter needs to be taken up at the highest level.
