AIBOC FILES CASE AGAINST DFS CLAIMING DISCRIMINATION IN PLI ISSUE

AIBOC along with AIBEA colluded with IBA in excluding and targeting pre 2002 retirees from bebefits during the last 30 years.

1616 issue, 100% DA issue, second pension option, declining arrears from DOR,  and other issues.

AIBOC and AIBEA in collusion with iBA  raised sub judice bogey  against retirees approaching courts.

But AIBOC wasted no time in approaching courts when they felt the heat of discrimination,  What a double standard?

I once again appreciate honest and genuine trade union leaders of RBII.

Will now IBA stop discussing PIL because the issue is  sub judice.
