Dear friends,
Unfortunately, we are ignoring various issues. One among them is in respect of hanging of damocles sword under Regulation 48 for Officers even long after retirement. Disciplinary proceedings are being launched even after decade after retirement. The Cause of action is interpreted wrongly. It is stated by the Banks that the four year period commences from the date of discovery, but not fromthe date of event. The seriousness of this is not understood. Those who are suffering do not share their pain, because of possible treatment by others.
On the other hand, no such provision exist in State Bank of India Pension Fund Regulations. They are free. Officers Associations which are in majority in all 12 Public Sector Banks are affiliates of AIBOC. Why, AIBOC has not raised its voice against such discrimination? It is because, the leadership of AIBOC is mostly from State Bank of India.
Thanks, a Million.
With regards,
