Calcutta High Court Judgment was delivered in September 2016. The court also refused stay of the judgment. Therefore atleast the pensioners of United Bank of India should have received the enhanced DA for October and November 2016 and also the arrears since 2005, if not all of us. Does anyone know what the Ptitioners have done to get the judgment implemented. Retirees Associations can do something proactively in this matter instead of waiting for IBA /UBI to act.

United Bank of India would have filed an appeal in the Supreme Court against the judgement of the Calcutta  HC as a similar case is already  pending in the Supreme Court. IBA/MOF will not so easily yield.
