The following decision taken on 31st Jan 2024 clearly indicate 3 things

Pension updation - UFBU can come with concrete proposal so that matter can be taken up further

1. The so called concrete proposal is still to be decided.2.IBA does not want to offer any proposal on updatation which means they are not inclined to offer anything.What happened to the small committee  and it's tecommendations.3. The speed with which the matter is pursued clearly reveals the intent of the parties viz IBA and UFBE.                       Anyway, the die-hard protagonists of updation are dwindling in number and there may be a day when no soul will remain alive to enjoy the fruits of updation and no body cares a damn about who sabotaged the whole process.
