Position: Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development & Configuration: Design develop and maintain custom Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components and Flows
• Build Experience Cloud portals and customize solutions for patient provider and partner experiences
• Develop Agentforce powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data access and intelligent workflows.
• Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business requirements
• Support contact center modernization by integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice Integrations and Data Management
• Develop and maintain API-driven integrations between Salesforce, AWS services and other enterprise systems.
• Implement secure EHR interoperability using FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and healthcare data exchange patterns.
• Collaborate with data teams to leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for real time analytics and unified patient data
• Testing Deployment and Governance: Participate in unit integration and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Work with DevOps teams to manage CI CD pipelines source control and deployment processes
• Maintain compliance with enterprise coding standards HIPAA regulations and platform governance policies
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
• AI and Emerging Technologies
• Contribute to the implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and AWS native services
• Explore opportunities to optimize workflows case resolution and personalization through AI driven automation.

Required Experience:

Skills and Education:

• Health Cloud with OmniStudio
• Experience Cloud with Lightning Aura components
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Hands on development and configuration experience with Apex classes triggers
• Lightning Web Components Flow and automation tools
• Agentforce Data Cloud integrations
• Salesforce certifications required
• Experience with SF DevOps tools like Flosum Copado or SFDX Jenkins
• Knowledge of EHR integration pattern and secure healthcare data exchange
