The Supreme Court has recently delivered a very significant judgement
bringing some sort of sense back to the chaotic Lender-Borrower
equation. Borrowers with big legal appetites, and those who have been
grossly wronged, can now give the lender's a run for their money.

Dear Sir,

Its nice to the SC' verdict favoring Borrowers with big legal appetites
who can now give the lender's a run for their money. Much talked about
NPAs and its asset-worthiness will surely bring in further chaos in its
actual elimination. The ARCs/SCs will have further role to play. But
the NPAs recovery will soon become a myth. I think SC's judgement would
be a shot in the arm of dubious defaulters/borrowers and have negative
impact to the economy.
