Failed To Connect Your Steam Account To Discord

Hi! I'm trying to connect my discord with my steam account, but it fails. I've tried reinstalling both steam and discord. I've also tried changing the default browser, but no luck. Is there someone here with a possible solution? Thx in advance! /Eddie
I've had this problem since the steam integration was launched but I have never been able to connect my accounts. The only one that works is Twitch and it's because you can connect them through your browser but Discord can't recognize any of the other applications.
Hi. Can anyone help please. I received a message from altdentifier saying i needed to verify my account before i can join the server on flightsim. I follow the instructions but it says cannot verify as your account has been flagged as suspicious.
I have exactly the same issue. I contacted discord & altentifier and they said there was nothing they could do. I then contacted xbox support to get them to check my xbox account. Xbox support said there was nothing wrong with my account and that I should go back to discord/altdentifier.
When I went back to discord they said it was nothing to do with them. When I went back to altdentifier that were rude and abusive and insisted that my xbox account is suspicious, but refused to say why and refused to help. Can anybody here help resolve this issue? One of the main reasons I purchased flight simulator was so I could enjoy the online multiplayer aspects of the game and to joint in with the live events.

- When prompted 'You've already linked your Steam account with Xbox Live' click Yes, Continue.
- Finally you will be informed that there are no friends to suggest via this messaging. Simply close that Window and you should progress into game.
If you have both of these, when you click the \"Link Accounts\" button on the Pirate Perks page, you'll be presented with the following screen asking you to link your Sea of Thieves account, to the Rare Store account. It will look similar to this:
Then simply select \"Discord\" which will allow you to link to your Xbox Live profile. Once you have confirmed the process and signed into and linked the correct Discord account, the above options will update so that you can select to \"Claim Reward\".
You can also link your Discord account when accessing your Sea of Thieves account page and then scrolling down to the 'Your accounts section'. Though once you have linked your account in this method, you will still need to proceed to the Sea of Thieves - Social Swag area to claim your rewards.

When are they added to my game?
These items are then added to your inventory the next time you boot Sea of Thieves. But if you were already in-game when you claimed your Twitch Drop, you must reboot Sea of Thieves where they will then be added to your inventory.
Note: Should you change your Twitch account password, you will be required to relink your Twitch account to Sea of Thieves.
Accessing the Website and Forums
When you sign up to the Sea of Thieves website you are prompted to sign into a Microsoft account. But if your Microsoft account is not also associated to an Xbox Live account, you will be prevented from accessing certain features from within the website such as the Forums.
Solution
As an Xbox Live account is required to log into the forums, you can create an account through the Xbox website. After you have created your account please return to the Sea of Thieves Website to log in again.
Please Note:
Your Microsoft Account must also be associated to a valid email address.
We would also ask that you be mindful of which accounts you have signed in and are using through the Windows Store and to play Sea of Thieves. As when proceeding through this process it is important to eliminate the chances of being signed in to the wrong Microsoft account.
