Hi Vani,Air fares would be much more, as there are many internal flights.If prices are similar I feel we should give Travel Loka a chance. They have done a lot of work on this. Greetings! Hope you are doing well. Please find attached the first draft of your group’s customised program to take the INCA Trail in Peru.
1) There are separate attachments for Trekkers and Non-Trekkers and the indicative costs for the same.
2) The internal flights costs are not included. We can work on this later once you freeze on the itinerary and also advise me the exact size of the group along with the precise dates you are looking at in the month of May 2016
3) Once you advise me the exact group size, please do let me know who are the trekkers and the non-trekkers.
4) I have enclosed details on Galapagos cruise which you could do after you finish the Inca Trail.
5) The non-trekkers will have to enter Machu Picchu twice. The reason is that it is the only way the trekkers will be able to meet the non-trekkers in Machu Picchu. If you compare both the itineraries you will be able understand this point.
My colleague Ms. Shobha has already given you the an itinerary from Trafalgar. It is a perfect itinerary as it covers most of the places and all costs including the internal flights are included. The only drawback is for the people who would like to do trekking. Trafalgar itineraries do not have trekking activities.
