Yes, we had indeed arranged a South America trip for 22 nights excluding travel time to/from South America including a luxury Amazon cruise in the month of April 2015 for 04 adults.

They had taken hotels ranging from 3.5 to 4*, and we assume you are looking for hotels between 4.5-5*

Apart from the Inca trail trekking, please do let us know what are your other interests so that we can suggest different options based on your interests.

Please be advised that it takes lot of time to get quotations for a South America trip as the travel and logistics within South America is a complex affair, plus the huge time difference between India and South America. 

We need to be patient and plan everything well in advance. We worked on the South America itinerary and quotations for nearly 2-3 months before finalizing the same for the client for whom we have arranged this trip.

We would also like to arrange a Skype presentation directly with our supplier in South America in the initial stages itself, and hence would like to know the most convenient time for this so that you can put forth all your doubts/queries, and we can take it further from there and give you a precise itinerary and costing as time is very critical for a South America itinerary as mentioned above.

We would love to arrange this trip for you, and rest assured, we will take care of each and everything right from the start till you are back from the trip. 

Please let us know the time convenient to meet you to discuss this and take it further.

As per our discussion with Dr Kini, this is for 14 adults (7 couples) if I am correct?

We have marked Dr Kini as well in this mail.

A few important points:

1) Best time to visit Machu Picchu is April - October, especially the Classic Inca Trekking Trail. Can be visited in November and December as well, but the rates are exorbitant during this period (especially the airfares).

3) Having said that, we need to work on a priority basis on your query.

4) We definitely suggest you to include a 3 night Amazon cruise in your itinerary as it is worth it.

5) Mrs Poornima informed me that all of you have valid Yellow fever vaccination certificates and that you had got it done when you visited Kenya.

Hello Poornima,

Prakash Kini was mentioning that you had organised a South America program recently.

Our group is considering areas around Machu Pichhu.

Lakshman and myself and maybe a few more want to do a trek to Machu Pichhu. I think it is 5 or 6 days. Rest of the group should be able to join us after we are done with the trek and continue  to other places. Total days including trek can be upto 20 days.

Please think about this and we will meet.

She had arranged a tour for a Doctor couple, apparently very satisfied.

I will start working on it. Should limit it to less than 3 weeks.
