The Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Bango Sangho will be held on March 21^st 2015 at 8 pm at Patel Samaj Hall, to transact the following businesses:

1. Discussion on activities carried out during 2014-15.

2. Presentation of Annual Accounts for the year 2014-15.

3. Formation of New Executive Committee.

4. Any other business with permission of Chair.

Other details are:

• Date : 21.03.2015

• Venue : Patel Samaj Hall, 1st Floor

• Time : 8 pm sharp

• Snacks/Dinner/Water/Soft drinks will be sponsored by Bango Sangho.

• Cash bar will be open for hard drinks.

Please confirm your presence by March 17, 2015.
