This is in reference to our telephonic talk on the above article published without the author's name in the Bongo Songo Saradiya Magazine recently circulated to all members.

 I am surprised to see the copy received ,my above referred article published without any name given of the author of the article. This is something which is not acceptable at all.

During the course of our telephonic talk  since you have acknowledged that the article has been written by me, I am giving the following 2 options to rectify the matter of publishing the article without publishing the name of the author.

1.Call back all magazines circulated and print my name as author of the article and redistribute

2. Call back all magazines and remove the pages containing my article and redistribute.

In case either of the above is not done within reasonable time, it would force me to think of any of the following:

1. That my name as author of the article is not published intentionally due to personal prejudice/vendetta of which I am not aware of.

2. The article was published intentionally for replacing my name with some one else but at the last moment no name was placed for reasons best known to the publishers.

Till now I am keeping an open mind and your future action would decide my opinion on this issue.

Last but not the least, please note that this mail is not for settling any personal issue through Bongo Songo platform about which a mail was earlier circulated informing all members to refrain from such practise in future.

This is for a matter related to Bongo Songo. Please also note that by using the Bongo songo group e mail Id, I am updating all members of Bongo Songo this matter

Dear Supratik,

Acknowledging the receipt of your mail and the contents are noted.

I fully understand your feelings for the omission of your name in the Article ( Sayed Mujtaba Ali- one and only) written by you and published in our Souvenir.

But, it has happened inadvertently without any malafide intentions as already discussed with over phone

Apart from this mistake there are also other mistakes of ommision of publishing one article and one drawing and some spelling mistakes.  But those concerned members have informed me about these ommissions and has taken these mistakes sportingly without thinking of any intention behind this.

I ,ON BEHALF OF SOUVENIR COMMITTEE IS SINCERELY APOLOGISING FOR THESE MISTAKES.

More care will be taken in our future publications to avoid such occurrence.

Hope this will clarify the scenario.
