Very Important times ahead - HELP NEEDThe Association members continue to work hard to raise funds for the Football Club. As you may appreciate the work we do and the funds we raise go a long way towards paying some the day to day expenses of the Club including the players wages, running the reserves, the Club shop, Ground maintenance, just to name a few.
However, for this success off the field to continue we need more volunteers to come on board and help, even if it’s just for half an hour a month. The more help we get, the more funds we could raise towards Neville Powell’s squad. You can help in many ways including helping with advertising games, On match days selling raffles / Club shop/ Turnstiles, helping with various events and much more. Every half hour of volunteering counts and we need as many supporters now to come on board to make our last season at Farrar Road a huge success off as well as on the field. We are the biggest Supporters Club in the Welsh Premier. We are proud of that and are determined to keep it that way. Please come on board and see for yourself what we are all about. Why not attend one of our meetings held every first Thursday of every month. Everyone is made to feel welcome.
In Neville Powell we have a manager who breath’s passion and pride for Bangor City Football Club and he is a City legend in his own right. He has a vision for the future of going full time and challenging the likes of TNS and Llanelli, what a delight it is to hear such enthusiasm from our Manager.
This season so far we have witnessed a great squad being built. We have some great young lads coming through from the highly successful reserves and along with the experienced squad, Nev’s team are playing some very attractive entertaining Football. The team is clicking together nicely and I am sure that come next April they will have given us City faithful a highly successful and proud last season at Farrar Road.
Of course we have Club Chairman Mr Ken Jones, President Mr Gwyn Pierce Owen and Secretary Mr Alun Griffiths to be thankful of for their continued financial input and knowledge of the Welsh Premier for without there would be no Neville Powell or Bangor City Football Club.
Together the Club is in a very strong position for a highly successful last season at Farrar Road and a move away to Nantporth. We just need to keep this feel good factor going for the whole season and the whole Club needs to keep working hard on and off the pitch. Together we need to spread the word that Farrar Road is the place to be on match day and not Anfield or Old Trafford, tell your friends and bring the kids. Your Club needs you more now than ever. Let’s be proud of our support and build on it.

Treasurer's Report
An Evening with Joey Jones and George McGowan
The Supporters' Association is pleased to announce the line up for our next "An evening with" event. The speakers for the 26th of September event will be ex Wales, Liverpool, Chelsea and Wrexham forward Joey Jones. He will be accompanied by 1960’s Bangor City hero, midfielder George McGowan.Club Shop Break in !
Last week the Football Club made the front pages for the wrong reasons, Having to report that the Club Shop had once again been broke into. Who in their right mind could do such a thing to their own Football Club?. Hopefully the culprits will be brought to justice and if they are juveniles then so should their parent
’s. It’s difficult enough raising funds and running the Club as it is without having to find the extra funds to cover the cost of the damage caused. Hope those responsible are ashamed and think twice before their actions next time.‘Friends of Bangor City’
We now have well over 100 business friends who have agreed to display Match day posters for the Club. Please take a minute to see who are our friends are and return the favour by visiting their shops ect, don’t forget to mention you seen their name on the posters at the ground.
